My Mission

Through individual counseling I focus on my clients needs and on overcoming the problems and obstacles to their personal develop and growth. With individual counseling I assist my clients in self-explorations to facilitate self-awareness and change. Through individual counseling I assist clients with becoming their best selves and with strengthening their capacity for growth and development.

I have 10 years of experience working with teenagers who are struggling with behavioral problems at home and at school. My experience working with teens at risk of becoming involved in the juvenile justice system or who have already become involved in the system is that the potential for redirection and change is great, not guaranteed, but the potential is great! Give me an opportunity help your teen reach their greater potential!

The teen years are said to be the most powerful and formative stage in life, this is the time for the greatest potential for formation of individual courage, purpose and creativity. I work with teens and their parents to accelerate the development of growth skills for moving toward adulthood.

 

For Couples, maintaining and increasing intimacy is one of, if not the greatest challenge couples face together. Maintaining and increasing closeness with your mate is possible when couples have the right information and are willing to make the consistent effort with learning and practicing new skills. The skills that are most essential for maintaining and increasing intimacy involve self-awareness, other-awareness and communication.
